Head of the Saudi Stock Market Dr. ABDULRAHMAN A. ALTOWAIJRY welcomed involvement of foreign investments in the Saudi Stock Market. As a financial expert confirmed that foreign ambitions to get involved in the Saudi market is a result for their great trust in the Saudi economy.
Mr. Al Towaijry stated at the Saudi Stock Market convention organized by HERMES Financial Group at London's Stock Market: that the Saudi money flow or liquidity is available, as foreign investments can be beneficial through researches, in order to raise the Saudi market to better and stronger levels.
Moreover, he described this convention in London as a perfect opportunity for foreigner firms and investors to participate in the special investment strategies of the Saudi market during the current year 2009, and to present such opportunities for significant firms and companies representing the international society.
He indicated that this day is an opportunity for international investors, who are located in London to acknowledge the great investing opportunities in the Saudi market in comparison to other markets worldwide.
On other matters, CEO of HERMES Financial Group; Mr. YASSER ALMALWANI revealed that foreign investors look forward to invest in the Saudi market.
He stated: Fluctuation of the Saudi Stock Market Prices and other prices of stock markets in general, in addition to economical effects to the international markets hasn't effect desire of foreign investors to enter the Saudi market, and invest in it, as for their great trust in the large economic mass of the Saudi market.
He added: foreign investors may get involved in the Saudi market through executing purchase operations with the Swap Agreement Contracts, which were legislated by the Saudi Stock Market last year, and was reviewed in this meeting with Saudi Officials.
President of London Stock Market; Mr. Chris Gibson Smith praised this day to discuss Saudi Stock Market's Strategies, as he explained that such meeting is important in the coordination process between the Saudi private sector, which is quickly growing and the international investing society.
